The distinctive taste of Maker’s Mark 46 is from the after-ripening, the bourbon whiskey spends this on drums with flamed rods made of French oak. For a Kentucky Straight Bourbon something very special, because actually bourbon whiskey stored so exclusively in barrels of American white oak. So also the Maker’s Mark 46 Bourbon, who but just get flamed by the bars of French oak has its own unique taste. The process was developed by Master Distiller Kevin Smith and the barrel manufacturer Brad Boswell. The first cask from which this wonderful Bourbon came out, wearing the barrel number 46, which explains the name. This in turn is a little confusing because the alcohol content of 47% vol. something is about and therefore also above the average for an ordinary bourbon. can rely on it but on the wax seal of Maker’s Mark and the strong taste with a creamy texture.
