How to report a wrong price, a retailer feed problem or a factual error on Uisge Beatha, and who runs the site.
Email contact@uisgebeatha.co.uk. One address covers everything below; a clear subject line helps us route it.
We aim to reply within 5 working days.
Report a wrong price or a broken link
Use the subject line Price report and tell us:
- the address of the bottle page;
- the retailer;
- what our page showed and what the retailer’s site showed, with the time you looked;
- whether the problem is the price, delivery charge, stock status or a link that goes to the wrong product.
Prices on bottle pages carry the time we checked them, and a retailer can change a price at any moment, so a difference is not always an error. If we confirm a mistake we correct the listing, and if a listing has been matched to the wrong bottle we remove it until the match is fixed.
Retailers and feed issues
Use the subject line Retailer feed. Tell us which products or listings are affected, what is wrong (a price, stock status, product match, image or delivery policy) and how to reach the person who manages your product feed. If you would like your shop to be included, say so and include a link to your feed or product catalogue.
Bottle facts and editorial suggestions
Use the subject line Correction for a wrong fact on a bottle, distillery or guide page (age, strength, cask, region, ownership or history), and include a source we can check where you have one. Suggestions for new guides or bottles are welcome under Suggestion.
Privacy requests
For a data protection request, use the subject line Privacy request. The privacy notice explains what we hold and your rights.
Who runs Uisge Beatha
Uisge Beatha is operated by Single Malt Strategy Limited, a company registered in Scotland, company number SC856969.
Registered office: Devon House, Crook of Devon, Kinross, Perth & Kinross, KY13 0UL.
We are a price-comparison site, not a shop. We do not sell whisky, take orders or handle payments, so questions about an order, delivery or refund need to go to the retailer you bought from.
