Glenallachie whisky

The GlenAllachie is an independent Speyside distillery located near Aberlour, revitalised after its acquisition in 2017 by master distiller Billy Walker. The distillery is known for intensive cask management, slow 160-hour fermentations, and a commitment to natural presentation without chill filtration or artificial colouring.

The core range is led by GlenAllachie 12 Year Old, matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez sherry butts, oloroso sherry puncheons, and virgin oak casks. Other popular bottlings include the richly sherried 15 Year Old, limited annual wood finish editions, and the acclaimed Batch series of 10 Year Old Cask Strength expressions.
