Kilchoman whisky

Kilchoman is an independent farm distillery situated on the rugged west coast of Islay, founded in 2005. It was the first new distillery established on the island in over a century, carrying out traditional floor malting alongside barley farming on-site. Compare cask maturations and limited editions when reviewing prices.

The core portfolio centres on Machir Bay, matured primarily in ex-bourbon barrels with a small portion of oloroso sherry, and Sanaig, which shifts the balance heavily toward oloroso sherry maturation. The annual 100% Islay release is produced entirely from barley grown and malted at the distillery farm.
