Connacht whiskey

Connacht lies along Ireland’s Atlantic western seaboard, shaped by ocean storms, rugged mountain ranges and maritime damp. While historically having fewer distilleries than Leinster or Munster, the province is a growing centre for craft distillation and whiskey bonding.

Bottles from the province include Grace O’Malley from County Mayo, celebrating Ireland’s legendary 16th-century pirate queen with blended and double-cask whiskeys matured in Atlantic coastal warehouses.
