Munster whiskey

Munster is the commercial and artisanal powerhouse of Irish distilling, producing more whiskey than any other Irish province.

At its core is Midleton in County Cork, source of Jameson, Redbreast, Green Spot, Yellow Spot, Powers, and Method and Madness. The southern province also features terroir-driven barley distilling at Waterford, craft production on the Dingle peninsula at Dingle, West Cork in Skibbereen, and whiskey bonding at J.J. Corry in County Clare.
