Whisky samples

These are whisky samples with a current in-stock offer from the UK retailers we check: 3cl and smaller tasting measures, bottles a retailer sells as a sample, and tasting sets of several samples. They are for trying a whisky before committing to a 70cl bottle.

A 5cl bottle on its own is a miniature, not a sample; those are on whisky miniatures. On a full-bottle page, a Buy a sample link appears only when we have matched an in-stock sample of that exact expression.

29 samples and tasting sets (3cl or less, or sold as a sample or tasting set) in stock, with the best current price from the UK retailers we check.

What is a whisky tasting set?

Is a whisky sample the same as a miniature?
No. A miniature is a 5cl bottle, the size of two 25ml measures, and is often sold as a small gift. A sample is usually 3cl or less and is meant for tasting before buying a full bottle.
