Jim Beam comes from the American state of Kentucky and represents classic American whiskey enjoyment – after all, since 1795. To date, the management of the group is still in the hands of the Beam family. Jim Beam Black Label is – the better to distinguish it from other whiskeys made by Beam, with a black label that gives it its name. It has an alcohol content of 43% and is bottled after eight years of aging in oak barrels in the typical, square bottles. It is reddish brown in color, as is customary for a bourbon. Its aroma is dominated by vanilla, but also light notes of lavender are to guess under the sweetness. There are also subtle earthy notes, the smell of freshly cut grass and a hint of fresh oranges. In addition, Jim Beam Black Label shines with a balanced, medium-long finish. This high-quality whiskey is pure a pleasure, but is also suitable for mixing.
