This single malt Scotch whiskey from the house Singleton, was first published in 2014 and bears no age rating. The perfectly balanced flavor is fruity and sweet and is made up of the taste of berries, apples, honey and vanilla. Soft yet hearty, refine the nuances of malt and spice the flavor profile and the dry finish gives the whiskey a complex character. In contrast to the other range of Singleton, the Sunray whiskey stored mainly in Europe and not in American oak barrels and therefore is characterized by its fruity sweetness. Although this fails to match the English name for Sunbeam, the whiskey was this not only because of its sunny character, but also as a tribute to the fly fishing the Spey. Fishing is very popular in the river region and also the reason why a salmon adorns the bottle etiquette of Singleton whiskey. To enjoy its aroma extensively as possible, it is recommended that the whiskey pure and drink with room temperature.
