During the ripening period of Glencadam Origin 1825 superimposed on ex-Bourbon barrels and former Oloroso sherry casks. The batch was first bottled the end of 2015 and is described as a mild whiskey with flip floral notes. The flavors show vanilla, barley and fresh fruit. The taste is slightly tropical with bananas and pineapples and delicate spices.
